What clinics ask us.
How do I send a case?
Pack the case with all the information: the completed communication guide, the delivery date and photos. Email laboratorio@julianasantos.pt to request a pickup. We reply with a shipping label to print and stick on the box, and the courier collects it on the next route.
Do pickups cost anything?
No. Pickups and deliveries cost the clinic nothing. We do one pickup per day. Please request it only once all the case information is packed, by emailing laboratorio@julianasantos.pt with the subject “Pickup request”.
How do I send photos?
By email, WeTransfer, Dropbox or another cloud service. Photos are essential for good results. We keep a database organised by client, with the lab photos, and can give you access to it.
Can I borrow the Optishade colorimeter?
Yes. We have photo protocols and an Optishade colorimeter on loan for single aesthetic cases or difficult substrates. We explain how it works over Zoom/Teams.
How is the delivery date set?
Always fill in the delivery date on the communication guide. If we cannot meet it, we let you know when we receive the work. We also work by appointment: for patients living abroad or urgent deliveries, booking ahead lets us offer shorter turnarounds.
How does billing work?
On the last working day of the month you receive your statement with all the work done in that period. Billing questions or document requests: financeiro@julianasantos.pt.
Do you quote and plan cases?
Yes. Send all the case documentation (medical history, X-ray and photos), ideally as a PDF, PowerPoint or Keynote file, and we meet.
We meet in person or by video call.
